Our Lent Course continues each Tuesday from 12th March – 7.30 in the church.
The first and second sessions are being led by Mother Katie and introduces the theme for our course – On the Night He was Betrayed. The line comes from the Eucharistic Prayer and says “On the Night He was betrayed, he gave thanks” which is remarkable in terms of our natural response to betrayal. The course will explore stories of betrayal in various forms from the Bible and help us to give thanks on our darkest days too. Each session is a stand alone session, so no need to attend all of them, and there is no preparation required. Just turn up! All are very welcome.
